Studio Rental
The Stitching Studio is going Condo!
What does that mean? It means you have the opportunity to use the studio as your own private workspace for a relatively small fee.
Have you ever thought about teaching your own classes? How about setting up your own sewing, quilting, or scrapbooking group or getting
together with your friends for a "crafternoon" once a month? Maybe you would just like to spend some time alone in a large workspace to
cut out large projects or baste quilts, or do some production sewing without having to rent your own studio.
The space can accomodate 12 - 15 people working on sewing machines, or more for other types of craft classes.
So here's how it works:
There are 3 studio time slots per day: morning 9am-noon, afternoon 1pm- 4pm and evening 6pm-10pm.
There are 4 designated weeks per month: first, second, third, fourth week. Anytime there is a fifth partial week, studio time slots
will be available rental on a first-come, first-served basis.

- 8 ft solid laminate tables - machines don't bounce!
- 8 ft cutting table - great for large projects
- 12 comfortable, adjustable rolling chairs
- Multiple electric outlets per station
- 8 additional padded folding chairs available
- basic sewing machines available to rent
- Large ironing table with steam generator iron
- Good lighting
- Convenient location - close to N. 183, just behind Hancock's Fabrics

- Food and drinks are allowed
- Abundant parking available on the lot and in adjacent building's parking lots

Develop Your Own Business
Create and teach your own classes or set up a group session and charge your own rates for attendance. You'll be responsible for your own marketing
and control your own scheduling and fee collection. Rental machines are available for $10 per session so you can provide that option to your group without the capital
investment.
All studio rental fees are paid in advance and there is no refund for cancellation. People reserving multiple months are given priority
for specific date and time slots.
