Learn to modify ready-to-wear clothing to shorten hems. The class will include 2 methods of jeans hemming as well as blind hem stitching for pants and skirts.
Bring your blind hem foot (almost all machines come with this as a standard foot) and one or several garments that require altering in the hem - other types of alterations will not be covered in this class.
This class is 2.5 hours.
Some sewing experience is required for this class. Students should be a confident beginner. They should be comfortable operating their machine, filling a bobbin and stitching straight seams.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Refunds for missed classes are in the form of class credit for a future class only. You must notify me by email at least one week in advance to receive a class credit. This allows me time to sign up another student in your place in the missed class.
