Classes Our sewing classes are hands-on learning for adults using your own machine or rent one of ours. Other craft classes are sometimes offered as demonstration and lecture at a reduced cost. Check the Calendar to see what is currently being offered or check Classes to see all the classes available. Email to let us know if you want to take a class not currently on the calendar.
Studio Time Studio time is free-form time to practice techniques or get help completing unfinished projects. Bring a friend and sew together! Check the Calendar for available days and times.
Hours of Operation The Studio is open Saturday 10am - 3pm. All other hours are by appointment.
What is Thread-Bare? Thread-Bare is a DIY thrift store with loads of new, vintage and used fabric and craft supplies. It's a result of receiving many wonderful donations to the Charity Craft Volunteer Network that operates out of the studio. We sell items we can't use in our charity sewing to buy needed supplies. Bring in your unsed craft materials to donate and pick up some new project materials!
